Program Management

GST understands that successful contract performance depends on how well those efforts are managed. Our management approach provides well-defined responsibilities and authorities and assures complete management visibility for performance measurement and cost/schedule control. Our management policies are periodically updated with "lessons learned" from experience in our various programs.

GST is organized as a flexible customer-oriented organization. GST Corporate Headquarters in Yardley, PA provides overall management and strategic planning for the company. Focus on the customers' needs is concentrated at the lowest practical level of management, whether it is the support of one person or a large team. The overall organizational structure was created to support the delivery of quality products and services on time and within budget. All levels of organization actively participate in the project process to ensure its success. The commitment and ongoing interest of corporate management ensures that the programs continuously satisfy our clients.

Since 1996, GST has supported the Headquarters Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). NAVAIR provides Metrology support to Naval Air (NAVAIR), other Systems Commands, Type Commanders, Aircraft Controlling Custodians and other DoD activities worldwide. The Metrology Automated System for Uniform Recall and Reporting (MEASURE) Automated Information System (AIS) is used by the Metrology Program in direct support of the Fleet calibration program. Under the direction and guidance of the NAVAIR, the MEASURE Program is supported by two MEASURE Operational Control Centers (MOCCs), located in San Diego and Norfolk to provide MEASURE access to Fleet customers and laboratories via automated database update procedures. GST manages the operations at MOCCs San Diego, CA and Norfolk, VA.
