GST provided, network administration , computer programming, data analysis and entry, Program Specialists, and Program Management in support of the Department of Energy's Philadelphia Regional Office (PRO). The PRO serves the citizens of the Mid-Atlantic Region by forming partnerships with states and local communities to increase the use of energy-efficient equipment and processes and to expand the uses of renewable energy sources for electricity generation.

  GST employees worked closely with their DOE colleagues to provide services which include monitoring LANs for availability and reliability conditions, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining energy program databases, and providing user support.
